Exchanges or Returns
At Shop4SportZ customer satisfaction is important. If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased they may return it by obtaining a Return Authorization Form, by simply contacting Customer Service within 7 business days from the date the order arrived. Shop4SportZ will evaluate each return and will issue a credit after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:
Return Policy
Shop4SportZ Error - If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including all shipping/handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify Shop4SportZ within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
Customer Error - Wrong sizes and colors will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the product to Shop4SportZ. Customers must notify Shop4SportZ within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Shop4SportZ will not accept returns for merchandise that have been worn or damaged by the customer. The returned product must be in the original package and unopened!
No credit will be issued for returns that do not include the original packing slip and Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the customer for inclusion in the returned package.
As a result of today's duplication policy all CD and Video sales are final.
